Adreine the Germaphobe

After helping me in the kitchen, Adreine and I wash our hands together.

Adreine: "Mom, why don't we use water when we use hand sanitizer?"

Me: "Because we don't have to. We just rub it on and it kills the germs."

Adreine: "But I would at least want to run some water over my hands after. It seems gross not to."

Me: "Why?"

Adreine: "Because then we just walk around with dead germ carcasses all over our hands. That's gross!"
