
Now that I've lost so much, it's getting harder to drop weight. I was able to counteract it by adding weight training. Muscle burns more calories.
At first I didn't notice much of a difference. I was doing 2 weight workouts a week with cardio in between. Soon I started to notice my arms and abs becoming firmer. The numbers on the scale weren't moving though, and that frustrated me.
Finally this week, the Wii annouced that I am finally in a range of normal BMI and not overweight.

Words can't express how proud I am of myself. I've come so far and I only have a little bit farther to go. At least for now, I can high-five myself for another milestone made.
