If it were just me, I would drink extra water and run anyway. I usually have Adreine & Jacob ride their bikes beside me while I run. But I can't bring them out in 100+ degree weather and expect them to keep up.
So I've been working out on the Wii Fit in the living room. The advantage of doing that is the goal setting and getting honest feedback from the game on how I'm doing. Nothing like having a video game tell you you need to lay off the late night snacks!
I've been doing well though. I think it's safe to say I have certainly beat the plateau I was stuck on because lately I have been hitting my goals like crazy.


It's crazy to look at how far I've come in the past 8 months! The cute thing is that as I've lost weight and gotten more toned, so has my cartoon "Mii" in the game. I wish I had taken a picture of her when I first started.
I'd still rather be running, but for now it's probably safer to continue my workouts indoors.
