1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp dry mustard
6 fish fillets
Put everything in a ziploc bag and refrigerate for a few hours.
Cook in a skillet (or on a grill) until fish is done.
My kids loved this because the fish tastes kind of sweet. Goes great with a big salad :-)
